▢ Exchange your contract and pay a 5% deposit– Time to make an appointment with your Solicitor or Conveyancer to exchange your contract within 10 – 14 days
▢ Settle on the LAND– Within 60 days or earlier by agreement from the day you go to contract or within 14 days of registration of Title (whichever the later)
