If you’re in the market to buy a block of land, and you know that you will need to get a loan from the bank, you need to make sure you get your pre-approval first.
The bank doesn’t need to know which block you’re wanting to buy and how much it is, they can get your borrowing capacity based on your income and other financial factors. You can then send us an email – email@example.com to request a hold. You will need to send through your name, your contact number and the block that you’re wishing to place a hold on and our Sales Team will get in contact to confirm your hold. We offer up to a 14 day hold period, which gives you time to talk to your builder about plans and costings. And then at the end of the 14 days, you’ll be asked to go to contract on the block.
So, in summary, if you want to buy land and you’re getting a loan from the bank, make sure you get your preapproval first!
