- How do I place a hold?

You can place a hold on a block for up to 7 days with no money down.
Request a hold via our interactive plan! - How do I qualify for the prompt settlement discount?

Settle within 60 days of going to contract (or earlier by agreement) and you will receive a $2,500 prompt settlement discount.
- Is there a time frame on when I must build by?

No, you can build when you are ready however the Developers ask that you keep the block mowed and tidy.
- How much deposit do I have to pay?

5% of the contract price is required to exchange the contract.
- Is there an easy ‘buying land’ checklist I can follow?

The ‘Buyers Checklist’
Pre-approval – Speak to a Broker or Banker and arrange your pre-approval (in need)
Land selection -Time to find your block of land
▢ Place a hold – Our hold period is up to 7 days with no money down, you can request a hold through our interactive plan!
▢ Choose A Builder – Speak to your choice of Builder to select your desired house plan and costings to build. For inspiration visit the Avalon Park Display Village on Freeman – Crescent Baranduda
▢ Choose a Solicitor or Conveyancer – To undertake your land conveyancing
▢ Proceed To Contract – Once you are ready to proceed to contract we will send you a ‘How we proceed from here’ form and the details to pay a $1000 contract preparation fee
▢ Exchange your contract and pay a 5% deposit – Time to make an appointment with your Solicitor or Conveyancer to exchange your contract within 10 – 14 days
▢ Settle on the land – Within 60 days or earlier by agreement from the day you go to contract or within 14 days of registration of Title (whichever the later)
